A division of VINCI Construction UK Limited; VINCI Facilities delivers all elements of Facilities Management to compliment the building services of the rest of the organisation. VINCI operates throughout the UK and specifically in the Merton Region VINCI Facilities delivers repairs, maintenance and refurbishment of a diverse selection of properties in partnership with Merton Priory Homes. VINCI employs local people at it’s offices in Merton and is also a member of the Merton Chamber of Commerce. Through partnership VINCI aims to be active in the region for a minimum of 10 years.

As an investor in people accredited organisation and a conscientious employer VINCI made a commitment to it’s local client Merton Priory Homes to ensure a high level of training and development opportunities to local people; and to ensuring a specific number of employment and apprenticeship outcomes proportionate to the levels of business awarded. VINCI was keen to highlight the importance of local inclusion, acknowledging a well balanced service of customer care, cohesive community opportunities and buy in to local businesses and sponsorships. VINCI was also keen to champion the need for hospitality to smaller businesses and enterprises in the local area.
